Fill out the registration form

Prepare a color photo and attach it to the registration form
3.
Send the completed form with photo and attach proof of payment.
4.
Registrants will receive a Dongdeng Indonesia member card in the form of an electronic money card such as Emoney.
5.
Every time you plan an activity/event, please confirm first with Dongdeng Indonesia.
6.
Maintain the good name of Dongdeng Indonesia.
7.
Maintain written and oral words.
8.
