Can I be guaranteed to get tickets to events if I become a member?Preference will be given to members on a first come first served basis upon payment.

Can I submit my membership application form via postal delivery?No. Only online applications are accepted.

How long is the membership valid for?Membership is for a lifetime.

When will I receive my membership card?Your membership card will be posted to you immediately upon confirmation of membership payment. Delivery time will depend on postal services.

How much is the membership fee?Rp 600k – it is a one-time joining fee.

How much is the renewal fee?There is no renewal fee. There is a one-time joining fee of Rp 600k.

What are the payment methods?Payment is by online bank transfer or credit card. Please refer to the membership page for payment details.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my membership?No. As stipulated in the membership terms and conditions, even if you wish to cancel your membership, the membership fee will not be refunded.

Can I register for more than one membership?No. Each person can only register as member once

How long will it take for me to access the members only site after I register?You can access the site immediately after membership fee payment is confirmed.

I can’t register because it says my email address is already registered.If you have completed the registration process but have not made the payment, your registration will remain provisional. Please login with the email address and password you registered, select your preferred payment method and make the payment. Once payment has been confirmed, your membership registration will be complete.

I haven’t received any emails from the Foundation.1) The email has been automatically sorted as spam: Please check all inboxes including the spam folder. 2) The correct email address has not been registered: Please check the registered email address details on MyPage. 3) Settings for receiving emails from specific domains or addresses: Please set up your device to receive emails from this site. The method for setting up your device differs depending on the device you are using, so please check for yourself.

Can I change my name?Please change your name in MyPage. Only the last name/surname can be changed. *Please note that we cannot accept name changes resulting in a different person being registered. Changes are not possible even for family members.
